So, from a few trusted sources over the last few weeks I was hearing that
MY Denver Broncos were looking into trading for Minnesota's defensive end, and wildlife hunter Jared Allen. I had also heard that the Vikings were only looking to get a conditional 3rd round pick in next year's draft in exchange. But now the deadline has passed as of yesterday and NOTHING HAPPENED!?!? This seemed like a slam dunk trade for both teams; The Broncos would get an All-World defensive end for a reasonable price, and the Vikings would unload salary and look to rebuild now that their season is going to the Grim Reaper this Halloween. I just don't understand why the Broncos would not want to INSURE a Super Bowl win this way. T'rrrrrible....
